Terms of Service

By accessing or using FlexNation (the “Platform”), operated at flexnation.co and related domains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

FlexNation is an online platform that helps athletes discover, register for, and participate in bodybuilding, fitness, and strength-sport competitions. The Platform connects three user groups: athletes, event organizers (federations, promoters, gym owners), and coaches.

• You must be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent) to register.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
• FlexNation may suspend or terminate accounts for providing false information, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

• Athletes can register for up to 2 categories per event.
• Registration requires a complete athlete profile (height, weight, category, and demographic details).
• All registrations are subject to review and approval by the event organizer.
• Providing false age, weight, or category information may result in disqualification and a permanent ban from the Platform.

Registration fees are collected by FlexNation on behalf of organizers through our payment partner, Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. By completing a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of use.

Refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms a part of these Terms.

• Organizers are solely responsible for the conduct, scheduling, judging, prizes, and safety of their events.
• FlexNation is a technology platform and is not a party to the contract between athletes and organizers.
• Organizers must provide accurate event details, transparent eligibility rules, and timely approval/rejection of athlete registrations.

• All FlexNation branding, content, code, and design are the property of FlexNation.
• Athletes grant FlexNation a non-exclusive license to display their profile information, achievements, and approved event entries on the Platform.
• You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without written permission.

• Impersonation, identity fraud, or fake registrations.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to bypass security, rate limits, or payment verification.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior directed at other users.
• Uploading malicious code or interfering with Platform operations.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. FlexNation does not guarantee event outcomes, judging decisions, or the conduct of third-party organizers. Participation in bodybuilding and strength-sport competitions carries inherent physical risk, and you participate at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexNation's total liability in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to FlexNation in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of FlexNation's registered office.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and an in-app banner at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
