If the event organizer rejects your registration for any reason, you get a full refund — no questions asked, no hidden deductions. That's our commitment to every athlete who trusts FlexNation with their registration.

Rejection Refund

100% refund, processed automatically within 2–5 business days.

Pre-approval Withdrawal

Full refund if you withdraw before the organizer approves your registration.

Post-approval Withdrawal

Non-refundable once the organizer has approved your entry.

1. Scope

This refund policy applies to all event registration fees collected by FlexNation on behalf of event organizers (federations, promoters, or independent hosts) through our platform at flexnation.co. Payments are processed through our payment partner, Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund

  • Organizer rejects your registration: If the event organizer reviews and rejects your entry (for eligibility, category mismatch, document issues, or any other reason), we issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • You withdraw before approval: If you cancel your registration while the status is still “Pending,” you receive a full refund.
  • Event is cancelled: If the organizer cancels the event for any reason, registered athletes are refunded in full.
  • Event is rescheduled and you cannot attend: You may request a refund within 7 days of the reschedule notification.
  • Duplicate payment: If you accidentally pay twice for the same registration, the duplicate charge is refunded automatically.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

  • After the organizer has approved your registration, the fee is non-refundable unless the event itself is cancelled.
  • If you are a no-show on event day after approval.
  • If you are disqualified on event day for rule violations, failed weigh-in, or failure to meet eligibility criteria stated by the organizer.
  • Payments made outside the FlexNation platform (direct UPI, cash, bank transfer to organizer) are not covered by this policy — contact the organizer directly.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

  • Automatic refunds (rejection, event cancellation, duplicate) are initiated by FlexNation within 24 hours and processed by Razorpay within 2–5 business days.
  • Manual refund requests (pre-approval withdrawal, reschedule) should be submitted to support@flexnation.co with your registration ID. We respond within 2 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (card, UPI, netbanking, wallet). Bank processing may take additional 2–4 business days.
  • The refund amount excludes any payment gateway fees for manual withdrawals; full amount is returned for rejections and cancellations.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your FlexNation account.
  2. Go to My Registrations.
  3. For rejections — the refund is already in motion, no action needed.
  4. For manual withdrawals — click “Withdraw” on the registration, then email support@flexnation.co with the registration ID and reason.

6. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, raise a dispute by emailing support@flexnation.co. We investigate and respond within 7 business days. For unresolved disputes, you may approach your card issuer for a chargeback as a last resort.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be announced on the platform and via email to active users at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
